Dr Ibrahim helped me today with a difficult extraction. He is my hero for the dedication, skill and professionalism shown today. It was a tough one but wow. If you ever say "What a man", this is the type of man you're talking about. I was in so much pain and he saved me from it. I am eternally grateful to him. Just brilliant.
