Dr Ibrahim helped me today with a difficult extraction. He is my hero for the dedication, skill and professionalism shown today. It was a tough one but wow. If you ever say "What a man", this is the type of man you're talking about. I was in so much pain and he saved me from it. Just brilliant.
Visited today for a private emergency appointment. The practice was very clean and tidy, the staff very friendly and helpful. They really listened to my concerns and put me at ease. Addressed the problem and extracted my tooth — nothing was too much trouble. Glad I made the decision to book today rather than waiting till August for my usual NHS practice.
