What £39 covers
We built this offer to remove the friction of finding a new dentist. One price, no extras tacked on, no pressure to commit to treatment on the day. You get the full clinical picture, in writing, and you decide what happens next.
On the day
We’ll go through your medical and dental history, what’s been on your mind, and anything you’d like us to focus on. If it’s been a while since your last visit, that’s fine. Most of our new patients are returning to the dentist after a long gap.
Your dentist will examine your teeth, gums, bite and soft tissues, and carry out an oral cancer screening. If X-rays would help us see something clearly, we’ll take them then. They’re already covered by the £39.
We’ll walk you through what we found, including the X-rays. If anything needs attention, you’ll leave with a written plan and clear costs. No decisions on the day. No pressure. You can sit with it, ask family, or come back with questions.
Around 30 to 40 minutes from check-in to leaving.

The dentists
A team-led practice. Your first appointment is with one of our associate dentists.
Deepcar Dental Care runs as a team practice. New patient first appointments are carried out by our associate dentists. All are experienced, GDC-registered clinicians who handle the bulk of our routine and general care, including examinations, check-ups, hygiene appointments and most general treatment.
Our principal dentists, Dr Ibraheem Ijaz and Dr George Wright, lead the clinical side of the practice. They focus on more complex work, including dental implants, restorative dentistry, root canal treatment and the practice’s seven-day emergency cover. Dr Ibraheem also personally takes the practice’s emergency calls.
If your treatment plan calls for specialist care after your first appointment, you will be referred internally to one of the principals at that stage. You can also request to see a specific dentist by name when booking follow-up appointments.

After your first visit
There is no obligation to take up any treatment after your first appointment. The £39 covers your examination, X-rays and treatment plan whether you proceed with anything further or not.
If you do choose to go ahead, we offer patient finance through Tabeo. That includes 0% APR over 12 to 18 months, and longer terms up to 60 months at 10.9% representative APR. You can think it over and arrange finance later. Nothing needs to be decided on the day.

Not at your first appointment. New patient examinations are carried out by one of our associate dentists, who are experienced, GDC-registered clinicians. Dr Ibraheem and Dr George lead the practice and focus on more complex work such as implants, root canal treatment and restorative dentistry. If your treatment plan calls for that kind of care, you will be referred internally to one of them as a next step.
Yes. After your first appointment you can ask to stay with the dentist who saw you, or request a specific dentist by name when you book. For specialist work, the practice will usually book you in with one of the principal dentists directly.
We’ll talk you through what we found and give you a written plan with clear costs. You can take it home and decide in your own time. There’s nothing to commit to on the day.
Not always. X-rays are only taken when they’ll help us see something the examination alone can’t show. If they are taken, they’re included in the £39.
Yes. Children’s examinations are covered under the same £39, including any X-rays clinically indicated. Children can be booked through the same online booking system as adults. We see patients of all ages.
It’s one of the most common reasons people delay their first visit. We see patients every week who haven’t been to a dentist in years. There’s no judgement, no rushing, and nothing happens without your say-so.
No. Deepcar Dental Care is a private practice. The £39 fee is for a private new patient examination with X-rays included.

Let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment and we’ll happily move it. The £39 fee is taken at the time of booking and is refundable if you cancel with notice.
