How to Use This Fee Guide

The fees listed on this page are provided as a general guide to typical dental treatment costs at Deepcar Dental.

Dental care is individual and clinical in nature. Final fees are determined only after assessment and depend on diagnosis, complexity, materials required, and the time needed to provide treatment safely and appropriately.

This page is intended to support transparency and informed decision-making. It does not represent a treatment plan or a guarantee of cost.

Why Some Fees Are Shown as Ranges

Some treatments are displayed as fee ranges rather than fixed prices. This reflects normal clinical variation rather than uncertainty.

Factors that may affect the final fee include:

  • The extent of decay, damage, or wear
  • The position and accessibility of the tooth
  • The condition of surrounding gum and bone
  • The time and materials required for safe treatment

A clinical examination is always required before confirming the appropriate treatment and associated cost.

What Dental Fees Represent

Dental fees reflect more than the procedure itself. They account for the professional responsibility involved in providing safe, ethical, and evidence-based care. This includes:

  • Clinical assessment and diagnosis
  • Treatment planning and risk evaluation
  • Use of regulated dental materials and equipment
  • Infection control and safety standards
  • Ongoing professional accountability

Fees are structured to ensure treatment is delivered to appropriate clinical and regulatory standards.

Treatment Decisions and Costs

No treatment is carried out without prior discussion.

Where treatment is recommended, patients are informed of:

  • The clinical findings
  • The reason treatment is advised
  • Available options where appropriate
  • Associated costs before proceeding

Patients are given the opportunity to ask questions and make informed choices about their care.

Important Information About Dental Fees

  • Fees are reviewed periodically and may be subject to change
  • Complex cases may require more than one visit
  • Additional treatment may be required if new findings are identified during care
  • Estimates may change if clinical conditions differ from initial assessment

All treatment recommendations are based on clinical need, not pricing.

How This Informations Fits Within Your Care

This fee guide supports transparency but does not replace professional assessment.

If you are unsure about treatment costs or what may be required, an examination allows accurate diagnosis and clear explanation before any decisions are made.

Questions, answered

Questions about our fees

Are X-rays included in the examination fee?

Yes. Both the £85 new patient examination and the £30 emergency examination include any X-rays the dentist needs on the day. A small X-ray taken at a routine visit is £15.

Why do prices say “from”?

Because the final fee depends on what we find: the size of a filling, how many canals a tooth has, whether a graft is needed. You always receive a written, itemised plan with the exact price before treatment starts, and nothing is added afterwards without your agreement.

Do I pay more in the evening or at the weekend?

Additional charges apply after 6pm on weekdays and at weekends. We tell you the surcharge when you book, and it is shown on your plan.

Can I spread the cost?

Yes. Through Tabeo we offer 0% interest over 6 to 18 months and longer terms up to 60 months at 10.9% APR representative, subject to status. Our finance page has a calculator.

Do you take NHS patients?

No. Deepcar Dental Care is a private practice. That is what allows same-day access seven days a week and longer appointments. Our fees are published here so you can compare.

How do I pay?

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cash at reception. The £85 new patient fee is taken when you book and is refundable with 24 hours’ notice.

I called Friday evening to see if they had emergency appointments due to serious tooth pain. They were very polite and willing to accommodate. Due to me being a 45-minute drive away — the closest dentist I could find on Google that was open — they assured me they would see me when I got there. Upon arrival the staff were so polite and welcoming. The expertise and advice before the procedure was amazing. Definitely worth the trip to get the pain away. 100% recommend them.

Dr Ibrahim helped me today with a difficult extraction. He is my hero for the dedication, skill and professionalism shown today. It was a tough one but wow. I was in so much pain and he saved me from it. I am eternally grateful to him. Just brilliant.

Visited today for a private emergency appointment. The practice was very clean and tidy, the staff very friendly and helpful. They really listened to my concerns and put me at ease. Addressed the problem and extracted my tooth — nothing was too much trouble. Swift service — top notch.
