Hygiene & gum health
Gum disease is the most common reason adults lose teeth, and it is largely preventable. Regular professional cleaning removes the plaque and calculus that brushing cannot reach, and lets us spot bleeding, pocketing or bone loss before it becomes a problem.
Airflow uses a fine jet of warm water and powder to lift stains and biofilm gently, which patients find far more comfortable than traditional scaling. For established gum disease we provide a structured course of deep cleaning and maintenance.

It should not. Sensitive areas can be numbed, and Airflow is noticeably gentler than traditional instruments.
Early gum disease (gingivitis) is fully reversible. Established periodontitis can be stabilised and maintained with professional care and good home cleaning.
Yes, especially so. Implants rely on healthy gum and bone, and peri-implantitis is preventable with regular maintenance.
