Most adults who ask about straightening are concerned with the front six to eight teeth, the ones that show when they smile. Short-term orthodontics focuses on exactly those, using discreet clear aligners or tooth-coloured fixed braces to achieve a result in months rather than years.
Every case starts with a full assessment including X-rays, because moving teeth safely depends on healthy gums and bone. Where we feel a case needs a specialist orthodontist, we will say so and refer you.

Clear aligners are almost invisible and are removed for eating and cleaning. Fixed options use tooth-coloured brackets.
