Join the M1 at junction 29 and head north to junction 35A, then take the A616 towards Manchester. Follow it past Chapeltown and Grenoside, leave at the Stocksbridge exit, drop into the town and pick up Manchester Road (A6102) towards Sheffield; the practice is at 334 Manchester Road on the left as you leave Stocksbridge.
